1. Acceptance

By booking or using services provided by Estate Acquisition, a Sanchez Global Group company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Estate Acquisition provides professional real estate photography, videography, aerial drone photography and videography, floor plan creation, virtual staging, and related media services. Service descriptions and inclusions are detailed on our services pages and in booking confirmations.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed purchase order. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due prior to delivery of media assets.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a call-out fee of up to 50% of the booking value. Rescheduling requests made with 24 hours notice are accommodated without charge where availability permits.

5. Intellectual property and licencing

Estate Acquisition retains copyright in all media produced. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive commercial licence to use delivered media for real estate marketing purposes including property portals, social media, print, and advertising. Media may not be on-sold, licensed to third parties, or used outside the agreed purpose without written consent.

6. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Estate Acquisition's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the value of the booking to which the claim relates. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or economic loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
