Booking and delivery
How quickly can I book a shoot?
Booking takes under two minutes online. Select your property, choose services, and pick a date. You receive a confirmation within 15 minutes. Same-week availability is available in most markets.
How long does delivery take after the shoot?
All media is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot via your secure download portal. Same-day delivery is available for standard residential shoots booked before 11 am.
Do I need to be present at the shoot?
You do not need to attend. Our photographer follows a standard shot list covering every area of the property. If you have specific requirements, you can include them in your booking notes.
What areas do you service?
We operate across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Byron Bay, and surrounding regions. Contact us for areas not listed.
Photography and video
Do photographers bring their own lighting?
Yes. Every photographer carries professional studio lighting to each shoot. We do not rely on available light alone.
What camera equipment do you use?
Our photographers use full-frame mirrorless and DSLR systems with wide-angle and tilt-shift lenses. Video is captured on cinema-grade cameras in 4K.
How many photos are included in a standard shoot?
Standard residential shoots include 20 to 30 edited photos depending on package. All images are colour graded and delivered at full resolution.
Can I request additional photos after the shoot?
Yes. Additional edited photos from the same shoot can be ordered within seven days of delivery at $8 per image.
Aerial drone
Are your drone operators licensed?
Yes. Every operator holds a current CASA Remote Pilot Licence and operates under an approved RPAS Operator Certificate. We do not use unlicensed operators.
Can you fly near airports or in restricted airspace?
We check airspace restrictions for every booking and apply for CASA authorisations where required. Properties near controlled airspace may require additional lead time.
What happens if weather prevents the drone from flying?
If conditions are unsuitable on the day, we reschedule the aerial component at no additional charge. We monitor forecasts and will contact you the day before if a reschedule looks likely.
Virtual staging
Is virtual staging allowed in real estate listings in Australia?
Yes, with disclosure. We deliver both the staged image and the original unstaged version for compliance. Images should be labelled per your state's real estate regulations.
Can you remove existing furniture before staging?
Yes. Virtual decluttering removes existing furniture or clutter digitally before re-staging. Pricing is available on request.
What styles are available?
We offer contemporary Australian, coastal, Hamptons, mid-century, and minimalist styles. Specify your preference at booking or leave the selection to our team.
Pricing and licencing
Are all prices shown inclusive of GST?
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout. Invoices are GST-compliant and suitable for BAS submission.
Is there a commercial licence included?
Yes. All media delivered by Estate Acquisition includes a full commercial licence for real estate marketing purposes, including portals, social media, and print.
Do you offer volume pricing for agencies?
Yes. Agency agreements are available for agents booking multiple properties per month. Contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement.
What is the cancellation policy?
Shoots cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a call-out fee. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice.
